``Memory``
Work
that I am presenting as a FMP is a based
on idea of memory.
Through
my life time up to this day there are times and events that brings a certain
change to way I am and the way I perceive the world.
I
started the journey with little painting that shows the entrance to my
grandparents house. This memory is very special and brings a feeling that is
pleasant, warm and catches a dreamy world in which as a young person I was
brought up.
These
42 square paintings are placed in a sequence of memories starting from early
youth, leading through teenage times, twenties up to today. You can find my grandparents,
parents, loving Silesia,
faith, music, theatre and painting. Places and symbols that are bringing a
sense of world which is my and were I belong.
There
is an emigration picture that marks another chapter in my life.

you find it ?
The sequence ends with a contrast to the first
painting by a portrait which is about deception that I have experienced. Next
chapter is to follow.
Along
with the “Memory” project I also created three big watercolours which show me
as an adult looking back at myself as a
young girl. I especially cherish those days of youth as they give me strength
and I believe that even through harsh
experiences the world can be a beautiful place if we only look at it in a
positive way.
